What currency are prices shown in?
All prices are in British pounds (£ GBP).

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within the UK only.

When will my order ship?
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours, Monday to Friday. Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days, although delays can occur due to couriers, weather or busy periods.

How do I track my order?
We'll email your tracking details when available. You can also use our Track Order page.

Can I return my order?
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please see our Return Policy for full details, including the conditions for pre-loved items.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched it can't be cancelled, but you can return it under our Return Policy.

I entered the wrong address. What should I do?
Please contact us within 24 hours at info@lushlittleones.co.uk. We can't offer a refund if a parcel is delivered to an incorrect address supplied at checkout.

Are your items new or pre-loved?
We sell both brand-new and pre-loved designer children's clothing. Each listing states the item's condition: Brand New, Brand New Without Tags, or Excellent, Very Good or Good Pre-Loved Condition.
